THE C VIEW

About Us

The lens through which we perceive modern challenges in our world holds significant importance. Each of us carries a unique set of beliefs regarding society, culture, and the world, shaping our reality and our decisions. As followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is crucial to view the world through His lens. The C View Ministry aims to assist believers in assessing their worldview and harmonizing it with Kingdom principles.

Founder and director

Zarina Prasadh is trained as a lawyer with 24 years experience in the legal and political arenas. She is a firm believer in the biblical directive to disciple nations. Zarina is a certified mediator with accreditation from CEDR (UK) and held the inaugural position of Chairperson at the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council (DiSAC). Additionally, she is a qualified arbitrator with the Association of Arbitrators and was a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

The Ministry of the ‘C-View’ originated from her desire to witness Christians embracing a biblical perspective on the influential matters that affect their lives and their environments especially when it comes to resolving conflict. She seeks to nurture individuals who will serve as exemplary Kingdom representatives in their respective spheres of influence, embodying qualities like strong character, humility, and integrity.

shaping our view

Our worldview begins by shaping our understanding of ourselves and of the people around us. As a ministry, The C View offers guidance through one-on-one sessions or group courses.

purpose

conflict resolution

In our one-on-one coaching sessions, we help believers and non-believers alike explore their specific DNA: what has God called you to and how are you walking in your calling and purpose? We provide support in times of crisis, change and transition and help you deepen in intimacy with God and learn to listen to His leaning. Reach out and let us help you.

Christ requires of us to get along harmoniously with each other. In reality, when we interact with others, we frequently encounter conflicts and misunderstandings. We provide scriptural insight on how to resolve conflict the biblical way.

We are called to transform conflict. Get in touch with us and let us teach you how.

God’s View #1

What do you believe about ... Identity and Calling?

God has called each and every one of us to walk worthy of the calling to which we have been called. We are called to INFLUENCE.

Having a biblical view of our purpose means that we understand that whilst we are children of Heaven, we are called to serve on the earth. We carry a dual citizenship, if you like, that requires of us to be ambassadors of Christ here on earth. Our starting point is always SELF - how are we Governing our Selves? How are we managing our Finances? How are we loving our Family and raising our Children? How are we serving in our local Church? This is where Identity is shaped.

Simultaneously, we are mandated to influence the WORLD around us - the Government of our nation, the Economy of our nation, the Church as a whole, the Family as a unit, and always, Ourselves. God has given us dominion on the earth. Whilst dominion requires rulership, influence requires relationship. To influence means to serve - to serve ourselves and to serve others and insodoing to serve God. This is where Calling is formed.

Our Identity and Calling are birthed in Christ but shaped through our Influence and Service.

God’s View #2

What do you believe about ... Divorce?

God designed marriage to be a Covenant relationship, between one man and one woman. But often our human failings make this Covenant an unbearable burden and is inevitable. A marriage Covenant is a sacred, solemn, public commitment that establishes a bond of love between one man and one woman with certain obligations that are binding for a lifetime. But it is a Covenant tha can be broken.

There is such a thing as ‘biblical reasons’ for divorce, because divorce is not something that one needs ‘permission’ to do.

Divorce is something that happens as a result of injury to one or both spouses. It is an action of the heart where one spouse dismisses the other’s thoughts, feelings and opinions, and no longer cares about what’s important to them, whether emotionally or financially, not concerned with their wellbeing.

This is a posture of separation of the heart which the Bible calls ‘hardness of heart’ and necessitates a legal action to be taken in order to legally and publicly declare the divorce to be lawfully severed. Restoration of the family must always be sought first but isn’t always possible. We seek to assist couple’s through these difficult times.

God’s View #3

What do you believe about ... Conflict?

Jesus Christ requires of us to get along harmoniously with each other and to love others as we love ourselves. God calls us to handle conflict in a biblical manner. Many Christians are willing to put these teachings into practice but in reality, when we interact with others, we frequently encounter conflicts and misunderstandings. In the Sermon on the Mount, Christ commanded His listeners to make peace with an adversary on the way to court and even make friends with him or her before reaching the courtroom. He called us to transform conflict not just to manage or resolve it.

God calls those who are at variance with each other, to be reconciled, to Katallasso as it says in the Greek, because He reconciled us to Him and gave us the Ministry of Reconciliation.

The most intractable conflicts stem from patterns in our thinking and behaviour. We must be able to identify unhelpful conflict patterns and work towards something constructive. As Christians, we are to hold fast to three basic convictions that distinguish a truly biblical approach to resolving conflict: the centrality of Christ, the role of the Church and the necessity of Coaching. All too often Christians simply imitate the world's approach to resolving conflict. However, we don‘t heed the biblical standards to resolve our issues. Resolving Conflict begins with us. Let us teach you how.
